Working Student (m/f/d) – Finance & Consulting (Entrepreneurial, Performance-Based)

Very good German language skills (C1+) are required, as the training, team communication, and the perspective towards the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) will all take place in German.

Your Areas of Responsibility

Start Phase (first few weeks):

• Appointment Setting: You schedule customer appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.

• Process Learning: You will learn conversation guides, needs assessment, follow-up, and documentation standards.

• Performance Optimization: You work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.

Further Development:

• Analysis & Preparation: You will support the analysis of customer situations and systematically prepare consulting documents.

• Customer Contact: You will accompany conversations (depending on your progress), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.

• Documentation & Organization: You keep processes clean, document consistently, and ensure reliability.

• Teamwork: You will work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for your task packages.
