Work Student (m/w/d) – Finance & Consulting (entrepreneurial, performance-based)

Your Area of Responsibility

Start phase (first weeks):

• Schedule Building: You schedule customer meetings (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.

• Process Learning: You learn conversation guides, need assessment, follow-up, and documentation standards.

• Performance Optimization: You work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.

In the further course:

• Analysis & Preparation: You support in analyzing customer situations and prepare consulting materials structured.

• Customer Contact: You accompany conversations (depending on the situation), take over follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.

• Dokumentation & Organisation: You keep processes clean, document consistently, and ensure reliability.

• Teamwork: You work closely with a high-performance team and take responsibility for your task packages.
