Don't feel like a typical student job where you just do support work? With us, you'll be close to the operational store business from the start and, step by step, you'll take responsibility for a fixed group of stores.

As a Working Student (m/f/d) Store Management / Retail Operations, you will become part of our Retail team in Rostock and work closely with our Store Managers and various departments at headquarters. You will learn how stores are managed economically, how teams are coordinated, and how operational challenges are solved.

You will learn how successful store management works in practice – with the goal of preparing you for a position as Area Manager in the long term.

Your Mission 🧭

• Support Stores: You will assist in the support of 5-6 stores and, together with the team, ensure that processes, standards, and procedures function correctly.

• Understand Key Figures: You will work with sales figures, inventory, and reports, identify trends, and, together with your Team Lead, derive appropriate measures.

• Communicate & Coordinate: You will be the point of contact for our store teams and work closely with various departments at headquarters.

• Take Over Organization: You will coordinate store-related topics, keep track of open tasks, and ensure structured processes and documentation.

• Learn About Leadership: You will accompany discussions with Store Managers and Team Leads and gain practical insights into leading and developing teams.

• Take on Your Own Projects: With increasing experience, you will independently take on your own topics and projects – for example, with the opening of a new store.

What You Bring With You 💼

• Business Studies: Ideally, you are studying Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or a comparable degree program.

• Organizational Talent: You work in a structured and reliable manner and can maintain an overview even when multiple topics are pending simultaneously.

• Analytical Thinking: You have a good understanding of numbers and an interest in key figures and economic contexts.

• Communication Skills: You approach people openly, communicate in a solution-oriented manner, and enjoy working with different teams.

• German & English: You can communicate confidently in both languages, both spoken and written.

• Experience Not Required: You don't need extensive retail experience. What's more important to us is your willingness to learn, initiative, and interest in taking on responsibility.
