Even during your studies, you'll gain valuable experience in managing and coordinating teams and locations. As a Retail Operations Manager (working student), you'll be a central part of our retail team. From Rostock, you'll manage 5-6 of our stores, ensure smooth operations, and act as the communication interface between headquarters and the branches. Your goal: to maintain an overview, create structures, and actively shape things.

Your Mission🧭

• Manage stores: You will support five to six stores from headquarters in Rostock and ensure that processes, standards, and procedures are adhered to and further developed.

• Analyze KPIs: You will work with sales figures, inventory, and reports and derive concrete recommendations for action from them.

• Communication & Coordination: You will be the point of contact for store teams, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring a reliable flow of information.

• Create structures: You will support the planning, organization, and follow-up of store-relevant topics and bring order to processes and documentation.

• Gain leadership experience: You will participate in discussions with store managers and team leads and learn what is important for the successful leadership of teams and locations.

• Take responsibility: With increasing experience, you will handle your own topics and projects more and more independently.

What you bring 💼

• Studies in a business-related field: Ideally, you are studying Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or a comparable course of study.

• Structure & organizational talent: You work in a structured, organized, and reliable manner – even when several topics need attention simultaneously.

• Affinity for numbers & analytical thinking: You have a good understanding of numbers and an interest in KPIs and economic contexts.

• Strong communication skills: You communicate in a friendly, confident, and solution-oriented manner and have a good sense for people.

• Good expressive ability: You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

• No sales professionals sought: You do not need extensive professional experience in retail. What matters are your willingness to learn, your commitment, and your development potential.
