We are looking for support in the field of Executive Search. Together, we will identify Managing Directors, CFOs, CROs, Finance Executives, and Interim Managers for our clients, as well as for the further expansion of our own consulting company.

Your Tasks

• Active sourcing of specialists and executives up to C-level via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels

• Research and identification of suitable candidates for executive search mandates

• Analysis of companies, organizational charts, and target markets

• Creation of longlists and structured candidate overviews

• Qualification and initial screening of potential candidates

• If applicable, conducting initial telephone interviews for technical and personal pre-selection

• Maintenance of our talent pools and documentation of all search activities

• Close collaboration with the Head of People Advisory on demanding search mandates

• Ongoing studies (Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or comparable)

• Interest in Executive Search, Recruiting, or Management Consulting

• Enjoyment of research and analytical work

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people

• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

You already have initial experience in Active Sourcing or Recruiting!
