Working Student (m/f/d) Energy Optimization & Product Management

• Carrying out, analyzing, and presenting energy simulations with DynamicES
• Participating in customer projects from requirements gathering to results presentation
• Conducting analyses, special investigations, and optimization assessments for energy systems
• Supporting customer workshops and coordinating technical and functional requirements
• Creating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles
• Assisting in the development of presentations, product documentation, and marketing materials
• Conducting market, competitor, and technology research in the energy sector
• Contributing to the further development of DynamicES, FlexA, CEMS, and future solutions
• Analyzing customer requirements and identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Close collaboration with customers, product management, and development teams

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Energy Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Information Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• You are interested in energy systems, energy economics, and the energy transition
• Ideally, you have initial knowledge in the areas of renewable energies, energy management, or energy economics
• You are proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• You work analytically, structured, and independently
• You have good technical understanding and can quickly grasp complex contexts
• You enjoy teamwork and convince with a reliable and responsible work ethic
• You communicate clearly and professionally with customers, partners, and colleagues
• Initiative, research skills, and analytical thinking characterize you
• You present technical content in an understandable way and tailor it to the target audience
• You have very good German language skills (min. C1) as well as good English language skills (min. B2)
• Initial experience with Python or another programming language is an advantage
• Knowledge in data analysis, modeling, or simulation rounds off your profile
