The H2 Power 'n' Heat GmbH is an innovative energy startup from the Berlin metropolitan region, pioneering work in the field of green hydrogen solutions. With our H₂ Power Box – a compact, modular fuel cell system – we replace diesel generators with an emission-free, efficient, and quiet alternative. Our technology is already being used today in mobile and stationary applications: from construction sites to events and remote buildings.

After three years of intense development and successful market launch of our first product family, we are now facing the next growth step. To achieve this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded leader who will serve as a managing director for business organization and business development, lifting our commercial structures to a new level, accelerating our growth, and shaping the future of decentralized, climate-friendly energy supply together with us.

Tasks

As a student employee (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering / automotive technology, you will support us, among other things:

• Design and commissioning of electrical test stand systems
• Design of electric machines, lines, and cables
• Cross-disciplinary support for our project teams in selecting system components
• Design of electronic circuits and printed circuit boards
• Support in software development

The place of work is Berlin.

Qualification

You are a student (m/w/d) in the field of electrical engineering, automotive technology, or an equivalent study program and bring ideally:

• Knowledge in the area of power electronics, drive technology, and/or electrical installation
• First experience with measurement and control technology
• Knowledge in creating and reading circuit diagrams
• First practical experiences in the electrical engineering field
• Communication skills and high team orientation
• A sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• An apprenticeship as an electrician (m/w/d) and programming knowledge would be advantageous but not a condition
