To support our purchasing, logistics, and sales departments, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for the winter semester 2026/2027, who will actively shape the further development of our organization with an interest in processes, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. You will be involved in exciting projects, analyze existing workflows, and help create the foundation for modern and sustainable work processes.

• Support for projects related to the internal patient and administration system, including documentation, organization, and testing
• Recording, analysis, and documentation of processes in purchasing, logistics, and related specialist departments
• Support in securing and structuring specialist knowledge within the specialist departments
• Identification of potential for digitalization, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence
• Participation in economic feasibility studies and process analyses in the wholesale sector
• Creation of evaluations, presentations, and decision-making bases for projects and optimization measures

• Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in business processes, process management, and digitalization
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and initial exposure to artificial intelligence
• Analytical mindset and enjoyment in understanding and structuring relationships
• Independent, reliable, and meticulous work approach
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and interest in collaborating with various specialist departments
