As part of BellRing Brands, a global player in the sports nutrition sector, Active Nutrition International, based in Munich with its own production facility in Voerde, is an important subsidiary for the international market.

As a Working Student (m/f/d) E-Commerce, you will support our Digital team in the further development of our online shops, the analysis of relevant e-commerce key figures, and the optimization of the customer journey and our CRM activities.

Responsibilities

Your role with us 🚀

• Online Shop Management & Content Maintenance: You will support the maintenance and optimization of our product, category, and landing pages and ensure that content, product data, and images are up-to-date and complete in Shopify and other systems.
• E-Commerce Analytics & Performance: You will assist in creating reports, analyze relevant e-commerce key figures such as revenue, traffic, and conversion rates, and monitor market, competitor, and industry trends.
• Customer Journey, CRM & Marketing Automation: You will participate in optimizing the customer journey and user experience, assist with A/B tests, and contribute to newsletters, automated customer journeys, and CRM, loyalty, and retention measures.
• Campaign Management & Marketing: You will support the implementation of marketing campaigns, the creation of landing pages and promotional pages, and sales-promoting measures in the online shop.
• Quality Assurance, Technologies & AI: You will conduct website tests and quality checks, assist in analyzing technical errors, and become familiar with modern e-commerce technologies and AI tools for content creation and process optimization.

Qualifications

Your Experience & Skills 💪

• Studies & Language Skills: You are a registered student in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study and have good German and English language skills.
• E-Commerce & CRM Know-how: You are interested in digital business models and online retail and have ideally already gained initial practical experience in e-commerce, online marketing, or CRM. Initial exposure to Shopify, Brevo, Klaviyo, or comparable systems is a plus.
• Analytics & Data Understanding: You have a good understanding of numbers and key figures and have ideally gained initial experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Digital Technologies & AI: You are interested in digital trends, AI applications, and automation possibilities in the e-commerce environment.
• Work Ethic & Teamwork: You work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner, show initiative, and enjoy collaborating with different teams and external partners.
