Working Student (m/f/d) Digital Experience – Growth, Brand & New Business

• Driving Growth & New Business: You will work directly with the management of the Digital Experience division and actively support initiatives for customer acquisition and market positioning.
• Developing Brand Experience & Content: You will create targeted content for our lead nurturing, contribute to the conception of digital experience landing pages, and manage our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Smart Workflows & AI Automation: You will actively use modern AI tools to continuously automate and make internal workflows, marketing, and sales processes more efficient within a defined framework.
• Designing Events & Presentations: You will create visually compelling pitch and event presentations, represent us at trade fairs and industry events, and convert initial contacts into valuable leads.
• Interfaces & Organization: You will keep our CRM system up-to-date, manage email communication, coordinate appointments, and ensure smooth operations within our Digital Experience team.

• Studies: You are an enrolled student – your field of study is secondary; your motivation, curiosity, and structured way of working are decisive.
• AI Mindset & Enthusiasm: You already actively use Artificial Intelligence in your daily life and enjoy continuously optimizing processes within a defined framework through the targeted use of new AI tools.
• Communication & Empathy: You are a strong communicator, approach people openly, and are willing to moderate formats or give presentations.
• Doer Mentality: You work independently, think proactively, and are characterized by good organizational skills.
• Mobility & Driver's License: You possess a driver's license and the willingness to occasionally accompany us to events, trade fairs, and customer appointments.
• Language Skills: You speak fluent German; good English skills are an advantage.
