Working Student (m/f/d) Digital Communication & E-Learning

Tasks that motivate:

  • Support in the creation and further development of guidelines for the use of Microsoft Viva Engage

  • Creation of community concepts, role descriptions, and best-practice documentation

  • Participation in change management and communication measures to promote user acceptance

  • Creation of e-learnings, training materials, learning videos, and quick guides

  • Support in the conception of onboarding and awareness campaigns

  • Development of communication contributions for intranet, Viva Engage, and Microsoft Teams

  • Research and compilation of best practices for digital collaboration and knowledge management

  • Support in workshops, pilot groups, and user training

  • Analysis of user feedback and derivation of suggestions for improvement

  • Creation of presentations, reports, and management documents

    Qualifications that convince:

  • Current studies in the fields of Business Informatics, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Media Management, Pedagogy, or comparable

  • Very good German and English language skills

  • Interest in digital working environments and modern collaboration platforms

  • Initial experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, PowerPoint) is an advantage

  • Interest in knowledge management, community management, and internal communication
