Job description
We are a growing B2B company in the field of retail advertising and are looking for support in maintaining and enriching our sales data.
Tasks
You will complete and supplement existing company lists in our CRM system.
This specifically means:
- Research missing contact information (phone, email, point of contact)
- Verify and update company data
- Correctly assign industries and locations
- Identify duplicates
- Persistently enter data in a clean and uniform manner
No sales.
No phone calls.
Just structured data work.
Qualification
You should bring this:
- Meticulous working style
- High accuracy
- Routine handling of Excel / Google Sheets
- Safe internet research skills
- Reliability
Nice to have:
- First experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
