Werkstudent (m/w/d) Customer Success

We envision a world where all commercial employees are seamlessly digitally integrated – regardless of their technical expertise. Therefore, we support companies in the transport logistics sector by integrating their employees with our software, the Logistics Assistant.

Aufgaben

• Customer Journey & Support: You will become an expert for the Logistics Assistant, supporting the onboarding of new customers and maintaining the knowledge database in our customer portal.
• Content & Design: You create marketing materials, success studies, and work on UI improvements for our driver app and customer portal in Figma.
• Schnittstellen-Held*in: You connect CS, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring that information reaches where it is needed.
• Strategie-Support: You support market analyses and help us optimize our internal processes continuously.

Qualifikation

• Studium: You are studying at least in your 3rd semester, preferably with a focus on logistics, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
• Tool-Check: You are confident in MS Office/G Suite. Ideally, you have already worked with a CRM and bring basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
• Sprache: You speak German at native speaker level and have good English skills.
• Mindset: You work structured and self-organized. Above all, you bring the necessary empathy and patience to communicate with our customers from the construction and logistics industry on an equal footing.
• Bonus: You have already worked with low-code tools or are familiar with the construction industry? Perfect!
