Your Role

As a Werkstudent in the Content Production department, you are the creative core of our visual communication. You support our marketing team in making the expertise of our doctors visible and accessible for our patients. Your focus is on producing and post-processing video content, as well as maintaining our social media channels.

Tasks

Video Production: You accompany and support video interviews with our network doctors – from equipment preparation to implementation**:** You edit and process the raw material into high-quality content for our website and social media channels (Short-Form & Long-Form).

Social Media Management: You support in planning and publishing content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Paid Advertising: You create and manage your own marketing campaigns and oversee the budgets accordingly.

Storytelling: You help to translate complex medical concepts into easily understandable, visual formats that inform and empower our patients.

Quality Control: You ensure that all visual content meets our corporate identity standards.

Reporting: You monitor our marketing activities, visualize them, understand, and interpret them.

Qualification

Studies: You are enrolled in the fields of media production, communication design, marketing, film/video or a comparable program.

Technical Skills: You have fundamental knowledge in media production. Ideally, you master DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and/or the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects). You can work in any software environment that suits you as long as you bring the necessary skills.

Camera Experience: Practical experience with camera equipment, lighting, and sound is a strong advantage.

Mindset: You have a fundamental interest in medicinal cannabis as a serious therapeutic option (no prior therapy background required).

Workstyle: You work structured, reliable, and have high standards for the quality of your work.

Languages: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
