Working Student (m/f/d) Content Creation & Social Media – DGX

About DGX GmbH

We are DGX, a small team of energy consultants and funding experts. We help property owners, project developers, and housing companies throughout Germany to renovate energetically while taking as much funding as possible. We are strong technically, but so far rather invisible on social media. We want to change that, and for that, we are looking for you.

What You Will Do

• Be present with the camera on selected days in Berlin: at on-site appointments at buildings, on construction sites, at meetings of our founders

• Create Reels and carousels from the material that look like real people and not like stock photos

• Edit our remote calls into short clips

• Manage our channels: plan posts, publish, respond to comments

• Contribute your own ideas. We will explain the technical topics to you, and you tell us how to create good content from them

What You Bring

• You are enrolled at a university and live in Berlin

• You are proficient in editing with CapCut or a similar tool and are familiar with Canva

• You have an eye for what works on Instagram and can justify it

• You dare to bring people in front of the camera and tell them: "Again, please"

• You work independently, as we are not all sitting in one office

• You don't need energy or real estate knowledge

What We Offer

• For this working student activity, we offer you an hourly wage of EUR 15–18 per hour

• 5-10 hours per week, flexible schedule

• Mostly remote, only the filming days are fixed in Berlin

• Plenty of freedom: You will build our social media presence practically from scratch

• Short communication channels to the founders instead of approval loops

Feel free to send us links to content you have created.
