Many are looking for intrapreneurs, but are afraid of real entrepreneurs in their own company. Not us. We see it as an opportunity! We believe that you only really get good when you understand how to build things from the ground up. That's why we encourage initiative: If you have your own projects or want to build something on the side, we don't block that, but support you in it and grow together.

Tasks

Your primary mission

We are not looking for someone in the background, but a real "video machine" that makes our brands & apps go viral.

• Video-First (TikTok & Instagram): This is your core business. You are passionate about short-form content. You recognize trends before they are mainstream, develop captivating hooks and cut videos that can't be swiped away. Your goal: virality.
• The face of the brand: You're not just standing by, you're standing in front. You have the energy to represent our brands and apps in front of the camera and address users directly. You are the engine that drives our video presence independently.
• Nice to have: If you also have a knack for writing LinkedIn posts or turning notes into chic Google Slides, perfect. That's the bonus, but your success is measured by the performance of our videos.

Qualification

• Mindset: You feel like building things from scratch and don't wait for ready-made briefings.
• Content feeling: You understand how TikTok and Instagram work.
• Content creation: You have already created content and can show it to us.
• Languages: Excellent German skills in spoken and written and good English skills.
• Visual communication: You have an eye for design and aesthetics. You can create content that immediately convinces and inspires.
• Result orientation: You love to tackle things directly. You are looking for an environment in which you learn quickly and achieve visible results through independent implementation. Formality: You are an enrolled student and would like to accompany us in the long term.

The Setup

• Remote-only: Where you work in Germany doesn't matter. We rely on trust and measurable results.
• Direct mentoring: You work 1:1 with me as the founder and learn unfiltered how to build brands. Hardware: You will be provided with a MacBook.
