Working Student (m/f/d) Category Management & Product Data

ADDVANCE Consumer Health Group GmbH (formerly Vitafy) was founded in Munich in 2014 and has developed into a leading B2C online platform with its own strong end-customer brands. The focus is on the development and marketing of functional products in the Health & Wellbeing sector (healthy nutrition & natural dietary supplements as well as fitness & weight loss). With our brands Achterhof (achterhof.de), BodyLab (bodylab24.de), and Gymqueen (gymqueen.de), we support our health-conscious customers in achieving their individual goals. We sell our own brands as well as third-party brands centrally via our platform vitafy.de, among others. As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will support our Category Management and Product Data team in maintaining and developing our product portfolio. You will ensure that our product data is complete, up-to-date, and appealingly displayed in the webshop.

• Maintenance and updating of product content in the webshop

• Creation of new articles and products in our systems

• Maintenance, control, and quality assurance of master product data

• Support in product management for the preparation and implementation of new assortments

• Obtaining, processing, and structuring product information and media (e.g., images, texts, and technical data)

• Participation in the optimization of product categories and product information

• Support in the analysis and improvement of data quality

• Collaboration with purchasing, marketing, and other specialist departments

• Current studies in business administration, business informatics, e-commerce, marketing, or a comparable field of study

• Good German language skills, both written and spoken, and ideally English skills

• Affinity for digital systems as well as for data and processes

• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel

• Initial experience with content management systems, PIM, or ERP systems is an advantage

• Structured and meticulous way of working

• Team spirit, initiative, and reliability
