Student Assistant (m/w/d) BWL / Economics - Business and Administrative Support

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated student assistant who not only works organized and reliably, but also has a desire to take on responsibility and gain insights into real digital projects.

The start date is flexible during Q1.

Tasks

• Preparation and sending of customer invoices
• Control of incoming payments and sending of payment reminders
• Filing and organization of documents and receipts
• Support in maintaining customer and project data
• Participation in the sales process – e.g. in creating offers
• General administrative tasks in daily operations
• On request: Participation in exciting digitalization projects for gastronomy businesses – from planning to implementation on site

Qualification

• You are studying BWL, economics or a similar field of study
• You work carefully, structured and take on responsibility gladly
• You have a secure handling of Excel or Google Sheets
• You bring ideally first experiences in accounting or invoicing with you
• You are communicative, friendly and work well in a team
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking
