Working Student (m/f/d) Brand & Employer Branding

What awaits you:

Brand Relaunch

• You will support the brand relaunch from an employer branding perspective and, together with Marketing and HR/Talent Acquisition, ensure that positioning, employer promise, and communication tools are consistently visible.

• You will create employer branding content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and XING) in text, image, and video. You will coordinate content and approvals with HR/Talent Acquisition, the business units, and the featured employees.
• You will maintain and schedule posts and participate in our editorial planning.

• You will support Marketing and HR/Talent Acquisition in building and optimizing social recruiting campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta. You will monitor campaign performance, process relevant key figures, and, together with the responsible parties, derive optimization suggestions.

• You will maintain content on the career website and consider what content is missing to position us as an employer in the competition.
• You will maintain our employer profile on various job portals such as LinkedIn and kununu and help to professionally manage reviews in coordination with HR.

• You will support the development of our corporate culture through targeted actions, events, and the rollout of company values.
• You will assist in building an appealing intranet and an internal communication strategy, together with Marketing, HR/Talent Acquisition, and IT.
• You will support Marketing Management and HR/Talent Acquisition in the conception and communication of an employee tool as an additional benefit. Your focus will be on requirements gathering, content, user communication, and activation.

• You are enrolled in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Human Resources, Marketing or Communication Management, Media or Communication Studies, Psychology, or a comparable degree program.
• First practical experience from internships, university projects, student initiatives, or volunteer work is a plus, but not a must. More importantly, we want you to be eager to delve into various marketing topics.
• Ideally, you have experience with tools like Claude or Canva, as well as with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
• You work confidently with the standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, stylistically confident in writing (C1 to C2).
• You enjoy working with various internal and external contacts and have strong communication skills.
• You work diligently, independently, and reliably, and have a good eye for design.
