Work Student (m/w/d) Automation / Tech or Sales / Marketing

You don't want to brew coffee, but real impact? At our company, you either build on our AI-automation platform with or help us roll out the B2B market for special fasteners. Two tracks, one team, maximum hands-on mode.

We digitize industrial procurement of special fasteners with modern tech, AI workflows, and make sales like it should be done today. Small, fast, ambitious. We are looking for students who want to get involved & learn, rather than just watching.

Tasks

At our company, you choose your track, depending on where your heart beats.

Track A – AI Automation & Tech (if you love code, APIs, and AI tools):

• You build automation workflows in n8n, HubSpot, or LLM platform.
• You integrate LLMs into real business processes like data extraction from emails, PDFs, and inquiries.
• You support our backend team with smaller Python tasks, API integrations, and data preparation.
• You experiment with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) and bring new ideas to the engineering culture.

Track B – GTM & Coldcalling (if you want to convince people and aren't afraid of rejection):

• You build outbound campaigns with us: research, target customer lists, messaging.
• You conduct cold calls and write email sequences to buyers and technical decision-makers.
• You qualify leads and hand them over cleanly to our team.
• You test new GTM experiments and measure data-based what really works.

Qualification

Track A – AI Automation & Tech:

• Studies in computer science, math, data science, or comparable.
• First experience with Python, APIs, or no-code automation (n8n, Make, Zapier).
• Prioritizing AI, LLMs, and clean, automated processes over perfection.
• Pragmatism instead of over-engineering: MVP > perfection.

Track B – GTM & Coldcalling:

• Studies irrelevant: What's important is drive and the ability to speak, write, and listen well.
