About the Position
To support our team, we are looking for a student (m/w/d) in the field of Automation Engineer & Technical Support who combines technical understanding with structured work and interest in digital processes.
You will actively work on customer projects, technical integrations, and automations and receive deep insights into modern SaaS systems, interfaces, and data-driven processes.

- Economics and Information Technology
- Economic Engineering
- Economic Mathematics
- Kommunikation & IT
- Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on IT
- or comparable study program
Tasks
- Development of automation concepts together with customers
- Implementation of the concepts using automation software such as Zapier, Make, n8n or directly in on-premise
- Solo processing of technical customer inquiries
- Analysis and solution of technical problems
- Creation of feature and technical documentation
- Supporting the development team through documentation and creation of internal feature presentations
Qualification
- Interest in technical processes and tools
- Analytical thinking and independent working style
- Communication skills in dealing with customers
- Readiness to quickly learn new systems
Nice to Have
- First experiences in customer contact
- Basic understanding of technical systems or APIs
- First experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier or n8n
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
