Working Student (m/f/d) as Language Instructor German/ English

The Berger Bildungsinstitut is a certified training provider according to AZAV and offers vocational further training and retraining in various professional fields. At over 100 locations nationwide, we support our participants with practice-oriented qualifications, digital learning formats, and personal guidance on their way back to the job market. The Berger Bildungsinstitut is looking for dedicated working students (m/f/d)as language instructors for German/English to conduct individual 1:1 language training. The focus is on the targeted linguistic preparation of skilled workers for their professional daily life in Germany. Our participants come in particular from qualified professional groups such as engineering, medicine, IT, technology, and other academic disciplines.

• Conducting individual German and English lessons in a 1:1 format
• Profession-related language support and technical communication
• Preparation for typical conversation situations in professional daily life
• Training of technical vocabulary, communication, presentations, and correspondence
• Individual adaptation of the lessons to profession, language level, and learning goal

• Experience as a German instructor, language trainer, or DaF/DaZ teacher
• Ideally, practical experience in profession-related German teaching already
• Experience in language support for doctors, engineers, IT professionals, or other qualified specialists is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, preferably at native speaker or C2 level
• Experience in 1:1 teaching is an advantage
• Confident handling of different language levels
