Working Student (m/f/d) as German Language Instructor

At over 100 locations nationwide, we support our participants with practice-oriented qualifications, digital learning formats, and personal guidance on their way back to the job market.

Berger Bildungsinstitut is looking for committed working students (m/f/d) as language instructors for German to conduct individual 1:1 language training.
 
The focus is on targeted linguistic preparation of skilled workers for their professional everyday life in Germany. Our participants come in particular from qualified professional groups such as engineering, medicine, IT, technology, and other academic disciplines.

• Conducting individual German lessons in a 1:1 format
•  Profession-related language support and technical communication
•  Preparation for typical conversation situations in professional life
•  Training of specialized vocabulary, communication, presentations, and correspondence
•  Individual adaptation of the lessons to profession, language level, and learning objective

• Experience as a German instructor, language trainer, or DaF-/DaZ teacher
•  Ideally, practical experience in profession-related German teaching already
•  Experience in language support for doctors, engineers, IT specialists, or other qualified professionals is an advantage
•  Very good German language skills, preferably native-level or C2
•  Experience in 1:1 teaching is an advantage
•  Confident handling of different language levels
•  Independent and reliable way of working
