Responsibilities

This awaits you with us:

• Development of modern AI applications with real impact: You will be part of our newly founded AI Center of Excellence and support us in building and further developing modern AI solutions for a wide range of business areas. You will contribute to making processes more intelligent and efficient.
• Mentoring and personal development: You will be guided by experienced colleagues from our AI team and our IT department and gain valuable insights into modern AI technologies and software development.
• Active co-design of our AI Center of Excellence: You will work closely with our AI Engineers, support the development of new solutions, and gradually take on more responsibility in ongoing projects. You will have the opportunity to contribute your own technical ideas and independently implement smaller AI and automation projects.
• Working with the most exciting AI technologies on the market: Multi-agent systems, enterprise RAG solutions, Voice AI, Microsoft Copilot, and modern Large Language Models are part of your work environment; you will not only get to know current AI architectures but also actively use them in real projects.
• Short decision-making processes and a real start-up mentality: Good ideas can be implemented quickly; instead of long coordination loops, you can expect fast decisions, direct exchange with the specialist departments, and an environment where innovation is explicitly desired.

Qualifications

You convince us with this profile:

• You are currently studying Artificial Intelligence, or alternatively Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
• You are enthusiastic about modern AI technologies and ideally have already gained initial experience with Python, APIs, databases, or AI tools.
• You enjoy trying out new technologies, solving technical challenges, and implementing ideas independently.
• You want to gain practical experience in an innovative corporate environment and can work regularly at our location in Nuremberg.
• Structured way of working and strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level): You can present complex contexts understandably.
