AI Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

You want to build not just talk about AI, but actively contribute to a KI-Betriebssystem and an Agentic Platform? With us, you'll help as a Werkstudent (m/w/d) bring our product development in the field of KI-Agenten and LLMs forward – from idea to running agent.

• Co-development on our KI-Betriebssystem or Agentic Platform
• Development, prompting, and testing of KI-agents for specific tasks
• Experimenting with LLMs and optimizing prompts (Prompt Engineering)
• Support in further development and integration of new features
• Collaboration on product development – your ideas drive the product forward
• Documented and continuous improvement of existing workflows

You Should Bring:

• You are an enrolled student (m/w/d) in the field of Informatik, KI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable study program – what matters most to us is your interest and curiosity
• You have good knowledge around LLMs and already gained experience in prompting
• You can prompt an agent so that it solves a specific task independently
• You have a general overview of software development and understand how code works in principle
• Github is familiar to you, and you find yourself comfortable working with it
• Experience with Open-Source-Tools (e.g. Claude / Open Claude), Linux, and Terminal/Shell is a clear plus
• You work independently, think solution-oriented, and like to try new things

You Can Expect:

• Current Apple Equipment
• Annual team trip to Mallorca
• Flexible working hours (15-20 hours/week), with some mobile work possible

• Your hourly wage lies – depending on your experience and background – between 15 and 20 €
