We are currently shaping the future of the STI group with our Transformation Program Phoenix. In the Workstream AI-First, we are driving forward the productive use of artificial intelligence, developing automations for our core processes, and enabling our employees to professionally handle modern AI tools. For this, we are looking for you as a student (m/w/d).

Your tasks

Implementation of automation (main focus)

• You support the development of productive AI use cases – from idea to prototype to production-ready.
• You develop, test, and document prompts, workflows, and automations with modern AI tools.
• You work on building our internal knowledge wiki based on RAG and support linking relevant data sources.
• You create documentation, playbooks, and support standardizing our AI solutions.
• You help measure the success of our use cases using relevant key figures.

Enabling the organization

• You support the development and implementation of training sessions, workshops, and trainings around AI.
• You create practical learning materials, prompt collections, and use case libraries.
• You support our power users through train-the-trainer approaches and exchanging best practices.
• You work on AI Office Hours, hackathons, and onboarding measures.
• You analyze the usage of our AI tools and lead joint efforts with the team to further adoption.

Your profile

Must-have

• You are studying (business-)informatics, data science, economics engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have already intensively worked with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar large language models and understand prompting as an engineering discipline.
• You possess first-hand experience with Python, APIs, or automation platforms like Power Automate, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• You work structured, document neatly, and bring a high level of self-initiative.
• You can explain technical topics clearly and communicate confidently in German and English.
• You have at least 12 months of study time left.

Nice-to-have

• You have first-hand experience with modern AI technologies like the Microsoft AI Stack, RAG, Vector Databases, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• You bring a basic understanding of AI agents, MCP, and current developments in the AI field.
• You have ideally already worked with Notion, SharePoint, Zoho, or similar knowledge management tools.
• You are interested in AI governance, data protection, and regulatory requirements around AI.
• You think solution-oriented and bring a strong consulting mindset.
• You have ideally already conducted training sessions, workshops, tutorials, or similar formats and enjoy sharing knowledge.
