Job description

SFX E-Commerce sells E-Scooter accessories in the DACH region through Shopify, eBay, and Amazon. Our Warehouse Management System is a monorepo with many Cloud Run services in TypeScript and Go. Code is not written classically here - we orchestrate LLM-Agents. You want to see how this works in practice? Here's the job.

Aufgaben

Feature development from start to finish: requirement analysis, planning and delegating with LLM-Agents (Claude Code / Codex), reviewing output, testing locally, creating and merging PRs

Debugging in a microservice system (~20 services in TypeScript and Go) - structured error search over REST clients, BigQuery, and Cloud Run logs

Dynamically reviewing HTML reports: product mapping groups checking, backfills confirming, duplicates clarifying, and exporting decisions documented

Tech support on site at the warehouse for operational disruptions - error messages, peripherals, WMS problems: quickly assess, fix or escalate

Data migrations conceptualizing and implementing (Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL, pgvector)

Safety reviews of agent pipelines: API proxy configuration, IAM permissions, secret management

Developing KI pipelines: product mapping (vector database), market observation, and competitive analysis

Identifying recurring manual processes and replacing them with automations

Making occasional warehouse visits (ca. 1-2 days a week) for tasks such as vacation coverage

Qualifikation

At least one production-ready language: TypeScript or Go (better both), alternatively Python

Git, Pull Requests, Code Review - naturally

You live in the Regensburg area (commuting distance to Junkersstr. 20) - besides 1-2 warehouse days, you'll jump in when needed (e.g., vacation coverage)

You understand LLM-Agents as a tool with limits - know when to trust Claude/Codex and when not

Fluent written and spoken German, very good English reading skills

Self-starter, hands-on, takes responsibility

Bonus: Claude Code / Cursor / Codex / Aider, Cloud Run / GCP, PostgreSQL + Drizzle, Fastify / React / Vite, LLM-APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini)

Benefits

Speed is key - short distances, direct to the founder

State-of-the-Art Tooling - latest Claude/GPT/Gemini models, no one holds you back

Fair compensation: €19-22/h gross (20-30 hours a week), above Werkstudent standard

Agent-native coding - the skill of the next SWE generation

Flexible working hours - mostly remote, 1-2 days in Regensburg

Contract: 6 months as a Werkstudent or part-time, option for +6 months

Applications without video will not be considered.

Please choose one of the following tasks and show in a screencast (5-15 minutes) how you approach it - agent tools are explicitly allowed:

A) Feature sketch: A cron job should check the warehouse stock every night and trigger a Slack alert if less than 5 units. Show your approach: architecture, technology choice, how you use Claude or Codex.

B) Bug analysis: An order is stuck in the system as
