Werkstudent / Minijobber System Administration (m/w/d)

To support our team, we are looking for an engaged person in the field of IT & System Support as a work student:in or on a mini-job basis.

Tasks

You will be the first point of contact for smaller technical issues in everyday life and ensure that our systems function reliably.

• Supporting our colleagues with IT-related questions (e.g. email, programs, devices, server connections, etc.)
• Erecting and maintaining workstations (PC, laptop, monitors, accessories)
• Supporting updates, installations, and minor maintenance tasks
• Contact person for technical issues and coordination of external service providers if necessary
• Supporting the maintenance of user accounts and access rights

You will work closely with the team and contribute to setting up internal workflows technically stable and efficient.

Qualification

• Tech-savviness and enjoyment of practical problem-solving
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable working style
• Patientness and service orientation in dealing with colleagues
• Responsibility and discretion
• A minimum of half a day per week on site to be close to the team
