Working Student Microsoft 365/Power Platform in Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

We are looking for a working student for our Quality Assurance department as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Your tasks with us:

• Automation of workflows (Power Automate): Analyzing existing processes and developing automated cloud workflows (e.g., for approval processes or document releases).
• Development of solutions (SharePoint & Power Platform): Creating, maintaining, and optimizing SharePoint websites, lists, and libraries as data bases and building simple app solutions.
• Data analysis & visualization (Power BI): Preparing data from various sources (e.g., Excel, SharePoint) and in interactive dashboards and reports.
• Support in daily operations:
• Actively participating in the execution and complete documentation of quality checks with data maintenance and analysis
• Recording, evaluating, and preparing quality-relevant data and key figures
• Creating, maintaining, and updating QA documents, inspection instructions, forms, and checklists
• Error analysis: You will participate in the root cause analysis of quality deviations and track corrective actions

Qualifications

What makes you stand out:

• Studies: (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program with an IT focus.
• Prior knowledge: Initial practical experience or great interest in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and enjoyment in solving complex process flows.
• Soft skills: Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a high willingness to learn in order to quickly master new technologies.
• Practical experience: Insights into real digitalization projects and the opportunity to actively take on responsibility.
