What you will achieve:

Do you combine strong analytical thinking with a pragmatic hands-on mentality? We are looking for a Working Student (Human) to support our Growth Team in the area of Client Relationship Development and New Business. In addition to further developing our Power BI dashboards and Power Apps, you will also operationally support our team in New Business and with pitches.

• Project Dashboard Development: You will further develop an existing Power BI dashboard and create dynamic/interactive evaluation options for different stakeholders.
• Data Preparation & Visualization: You will develop meaningful visualizations in our corporate CI and bring together different data sources for this purpose.
• Automation: You will support us in creating existing concepts in Power Apps applications and automating them through flows.
• Process Optimization: You will contribute your own ideas to continuously improve data quality and the efficiency of our reporting structure.
• New Business & Pitch Support: You will flexibly support the team in preparing pitch documents and in day-to-day business. Here, you will contribute your common sense and a solution-oriented way of working.

What makes you stand out:

• Analytical understanding & Business Acumen: You enjoy working with data and BI tools, but you also like to think outside the box. You have a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset and can quickly familiarize yourself with new task requirements.
• Technical Skills: You already have practical experience in data visualization with Power BI, possess good knowledge in creating macros and automations, and master MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power Apps: Initial exposure to Power Apps is a big plus.
• Language Skills: Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (mandatory, as you will be working with German-language pitch content) as well as good English skills for working in our international team.
• Studies: You are currently studying (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences with a focus on methodology, or a comparable degree with an analytical focus).
• Location: You live in or around Hamburg to collaborate with us regularly at the office.
