Working Student – E-Commerce Market Analysis (m/f/d)

As a working student (m/f/d) in the Data Team, you will support us in researching and ensuring the quality of data in the e-commerce sector. You will work closely with our team and take on supportive tasks to efficiently provide high-quality data and ensure data accuracy.

• Conducting research at a macroeconomic level
• Systematic data collection on characteristics of e-commerce markets worldwide (e.g., revenues, online share, and other market indicators)
• Open desk research and preparation of relevant key figures for our database

• Enrolled at a German university in Economics, Social Sciences, Political Science, Sociology, Psychology, or a comparable degree program with at least one year remaining until graduation. Please indicate the prospective month and year of your degree completion in your CV.
• Independent and conscientious work ethic with a high degree of reliability
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and general economic contexts
• Practical experience with MS Excel is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus
• Fluent English, German language skills are a plus
• Availability of 15–20 hours/week, with 1–2 office days per week (home office is possible on the remaining days)
• Residency in Hamburg
