Working Student Marketplace Manager (m/f/d) – Amazon, TikTok Shop & Temu

We are AMALOCK, a growing e-commerce agency from Munich and an official Amazon Service Partner. For our clients, we combine strategic consulting with operational implementation – from brand presence and content to advertising and ongoing marketplace management. Our founder Thomas previously worked at Amazon and brings experience from European and North American marketplaces.

Now we are looking for you to further develop established brands and jointly expand the possibilities of Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Temu.

Your Tasks

• Shape Marketplaces: You will support the management of our clients on Amazon and contribute to the development and enhancement of their presence on TikTok Shop and Temu.
• Present Products Persuasively: You will optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and product data. Together with our graphics and content team, you will develop product pages that facilitate purchasing decisions.
• Understand and Improve Advertising: You will assist in evaluating and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns and learn how advertising budgets translate into profitable sales.
• Derive Concrete Actions from You will analyze sales, conversion rates, and advertising costs, identify anomalies, and prepare understandable reports.
• Discover New Opportunities: You will research competitors, trends, and product potentials, and contribute ideas for promotions, content, and new marketing approaches.
• Take Ownership of Topics: With growing experience, you will be responsible for defined tasks and projects – from the initial analysis to implementation and success monitoring.

What You Bring

• You are a registered student and are interested in e-commerce, marketing, and digital business models. Your specific field of study is secondary.
• You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new platforms and tools and want to understand how successful marketplaces function.
• You have a good understanding of numbers and can work with Excel or Google Sheets.
• You work carefully, adhere to agreements, and address questions or problems early on.
• You are proactive: If you notice an improvement, you will suggest it and want to implement it.
• You communicate confidently in German and can work with English-language platforms and documentation.
• Initial experience with Amazon Seller Central, online marketing, social commerce, or your own e-commerce project is a plus. Your willingness to learn, initiative, and commitment to delivering good work are particularly important to us.
