Job description

Your Role With Us

As a working student, you will actively support our marketing team: You will work on content and campaigns, coordinate trade fair appearances and events, contribute your own ideas, and experience how modern marketing with automation and AI works in practice. At the same time, you will keep an overview of tasks, schedules, and deadlines, coordinate between teams, and help us bring our projects to a successful conclusion in a structured and efficient manner.

What Awaits You With Us

  • Real responsibility and the opportunity to implement your own ideas
  • Insights into working at the interface of marketing, technology, and AI
  • Working with modern tools and AI in practice, not just in theory
  • Flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, and a strong team
  • Flexible working hours and predominantly remote work from home, easily combinable with your studies
  • Personal and professional development and space to learn
  • Fair compensation and the option for a long-term collaboration

Tasks

  • Support of the marketing team in day-to-day business and in the planning, coordination, and management of marketing projects and measures, including maintenance of project plans and task overviews (e.g., in Plane), tracking of tasks and deadlines within the team
  • Organization and coordination of trade fair appearances and events, from planning and coordination with service providers to follow-up
  • Research on market, competition, and current marketing and AI trends
  • Assistance in optimizing and automating marketing and project processes

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student, ideally in marketing, communication, business, or a related field of study
  • Enthusiasm for and initial practical experience in marketing
  • Organizational talent with a structured, independent, and reliable working style, as well as a good sense for priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Proficient in common office and collaboration tools; initial experience with project management tools is a plus
  • Interest in digitalization and AI
  • Very good German in written and spoken form (at least C1)
  • Availability of around 10 hours per week (by arrangement) and residence in Berlin to provide on-site support on occasion
