Marketing & Social Media Student Assistant

We are a modern knowledge platform focused on menopause – scientifically founded, understandable, and full of feeling. Our community with 30,000 followers is the heart of our work: We give women in menopause a voice, create space for exchange, and build a supportive environment that provides support.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Planning, creation, and implementation of social media content (posts, reels, stories) that strengthens and inspires our community
• Active community management: exchange, dialogue guidance, and answering messages
• Identifying current social media trends and creative implementation for our target group
• Collaboration on campaigns, editorial plans, and support in graphic and video content

Qualification

• Enrolled students in the fields of communication, marketing, journalism, media, or health sciences (or comparable)
• Passion for marketing & social media and interest in topics related to health, particularly menopause
• Empathetic communication skills and joy in standing in close exchange with a community
• Creativity, good language feeling, and ideally first experience in content creation (e.g., with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Suite)
• German: fluent (native language or C2)
• Interest in women's health and hormones
