Working Student Marketing Project Management (m|f|d) - approx. 10 hours per week

As a working student in marketing project management, you ensure that our projects run smoothly. You keep track of tasks, schedules, and deadlines, coordinate between teams, and support us in bringing our projects to their goals in a structured and efficient manner. Tasks

• Support in the planning, coordination, and management of marketing projects
• Maintenance of project plans and task overviews (e.g., in tools like Plane)
• Coordination and tracking of tasks and deadlines within the team
• Support for the marketing team in day-to-day business and operational tasks
• Assistance in optimizing and automating project and marketing processes

Qualifications

• Enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Project Management, or a related field of study
• Organizational talent with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• A good sense for priorities and deadlines, even when multiple topics are running concurrently
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Proficient in using common office and collaboration tools; experience with project management tools is a plus
• Interest in marketing, digitalization, and AI
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability of around 10 hours per week (by arrangement)
