We are growing strongly and are looking for reinforcement to support our marketing team in daily business – from content over social media to campaigns and performance analyses.

Tasks

• Content & Social Media: You create and plan content for our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn & Co.), develop ideas for posts, reels, and stories, and maintain the editorial plan.
• New Ideas & Marketing Opportunities: You think of new marketing opportunities and channels on your own, think creatively beyond the edge, and bring in your own ideas – from new formats to unusual platforms to fresh campaign approaches.
• Campaigns & Performance: You support planning, implementation, and evaluation of online marketing campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads) and keep important key figures in mind.
• Website & SEO: You maintain content on our website, support search engine optimization, and help to continuously increase our visibility.
• Analysis & Reporting: You analyze marketing data, create simple reports, and lead to action recommendations.
• General Marketing Tasks: You support the team in content creation (text, graphics, small videos), research, and general organizational tasks in marketing.

Qualification

• Studies: You are an enrolled student, ideally in the field of marketing, communication, media, business administration or a comparable study program.
• Communication: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; good linguistic feeling for target-group-oriented texts. English language skills are advantageous.
• Digital Affinity: You feel at home on social media platforms and have a good sense of current trends.
• Self-Initiative: You work structured and independently – both in the office and remotely.
• IT Skills: Secure handling of common office tools; first experience with tools like Adobe, Canva, Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite is advantageous.
• Creativity: You bring your own ideas and enjoy trying out new things.
