Job description
Insight into the entire B2B marketing mix of a tech company – from performance marketing and content to events and CRM. Structured onboarding and a dedicated contact person provide a comprehensive insight into the marketing of complex products for professional target groups. This offers the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience and gradually take on your own tasks and sub-projects. Tasks include, among others:
- Planning, organization, and execution of communication campaigns for trade fairs, events, and webinars – from the initial idea to follow-up
- Conception and implementation of online marketing and social media campaigns
- Creation and maintenance of target group-specific content for, among others, the website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletters
- Support in lead management, particularly in the maintenance and structuring of leads in CRM
- Analysis, evaluation, and preparation of relevant KPIs, e.g., from Google Ads, online marketing activities, and webinars
- Creation of reports for the evaluation and optimization of marketing activities
Your Profile
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Marketing, Communication Studies, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program with an interest in B2B marketing
- Initial practical experience, e.g., through an internship or working student position, is an advantage
- Desirable, but not a must: Initial experience with content management systems such as TYPO3 or WordPress, as well as with Google Ads, Canva, or AI tools for creating text and images
- High degree of initiative, a structured and conscientious work approach, and a quick grasp of concepts
- Availability of 15-20 hours per week
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
What We Offer
- Flexible working hours to ensure an optimal balance between studies and job
- We cover the MVG discount ticket (up to €50 per month)
- Open, international working atmosphere with room for your own ideas and genuine co-creation – in a company that lives by flat hierarchies, short decision-making processes, and a 'du' culture
- Modern workplace in the heart of the innovation hotspot with quiet and focus rooms, combined with a spacious, green outdoor area for relaxed breaks*
- Top accessibility thanks to proximity to the S-Bahn, good highway connections, and free employee parking spaces, as well as bicycle racks and showers for cycling commuters*
- Well taken care of: Modern team kitchen and lounge area with free hot and cold drinks, fresh fruit, and access to diverse gastronomy on campus. Additionally, we have a fitness and game room, attractive corporate benefits, and regular events for employees*
