We are in a strong expansion phase in Germany and Switzerland – with a busy schedule of trade fairs, customer, and specialist events. This is exactly where you come in: You will gain insight into almost all facets of B2B marketing and work closely with our marketing specialist.

In your role as a Working Student Marketing, you will support our marketing team in the operational implementation of our growth strategy – from trade fair appearances to events, content, and CRM. You will take on your own areas of responsibility early on and learn how B2B marketing really works in a growing SaaS company.

Your Impact

• Shape trade fairs: You will assist in the organizational preparation and follow-up of our trade fair appearances in the DACH region – from exhibitor documents and stand logistics to processing acquired contacts.

• Manage marketing materials: You will be responsible for the creation, ordering, and tracking of print and promotional materials, as well as the conception and procurement of giveaways.

• Accompany events: You will support the planning and execution of our customer and specialist events – from location research and participant management to follow-up.

• Maintain CRM You will maintain and update contact and company data in our CRM system, thus contributing to data quality for our target customers.

• Support content: You will research for our marketing content, help with the preparation of case studies and interviews, and publish finished content on our website and social media channels.

• Enrolled student with at least 1 year of regular study time remaining in a relevant field of study (e.g., Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Media)

• First experience in marketing, event organization, or content is an advantage, but not a must

• Structured, reliable, and independent working style

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HubSpot is a plus

• Enjoyment of communication, organization, and teamwork

• You can work both independently and in a team.

• German at a native level, good English is an advantage
