Working Student Marketing

ITandFactory, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Neilsoft Pvt. Ltd., is an engineering solution provider for the design and planning of process plants and their process equipment. Our product CADISON is a fully integrated, multidisciplinary engineering system that combines the entire engineering workflow and is used worldwide in various process industries, including EPC, operators, engineering service providers, as well as across the chemical, energy, water, metal, and food industries.

To strengthen our team at the Bad Soden location, we are looking for a dedicated Working Student Marketing (m/f/d). Do you want to gain practical experience in marketing during your studies and contribute your own ideas? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

Tasks

• Assistance in the planning and implementation of marketing measures and campaigns
• Support in the organization, execution, and follow-up of trade fairs, events, and customer events
• Creation and dispatch of customer mailings and newsletters
• Maintenance and updating of marketing materials and presentations
• Assistance in the support and further development of our social media activities, especially on LinkedIn
• Support in the creation of content for digital communication channels
• Tracking and documentation of marketing leads
• Coordination and agreement with external service providers and agencies
• Support for the marketing team in day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a comparable field of study
• Initial practical experience in marketing, for example through internships or student projects, is an advantage
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficient in common MS Office applications
• Interest in digital media, social media, and current marketing trends
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• High initiative and organizational talent
