Working Student Marketing I Social Media (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• You develop and implement social media strategies (especially LinkedIn and Instagram, Facebook and YouTube)
• You are responsible for the creation of editorial content, stories and campaigns to strengthen the employer brand
• You produce content, presentations, Reels, job postings and podcasts
• You are responsible for co-designing external communication to position the company as an attractive partner and employer
• You ensure a consistent and target-group-oriented tone in all channels
• Supporting the organization and marketing of our event series is part of your tasks
• You carry out monitoring, evaluation and optimization of social media activities based on key figures
• Analyzing trends and adapting the content strategy to current developments is your responsibility.

Requirements:

• Academic background: You are an enrolled student in the field of Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Management, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Media Studies, Business Communication, or a comparable degree program related to Marketing and Communication
• Experience: First experience in social media management or content creation
• Tools: Confident use of MS Office as well as creative tools like Canva; experience with AI tools for content generation is a prerequisite
• Creativity & Text Quality: Strong writing and text skills as well as a feel for target-group-oriented communication
• Self-responsibility: Ability to plan and implement projects and content plans independently
• Team spirit: Good teamwork and openness to feedback
