The AI GROUP is a company specializing in promoting Artificial Intelligence in business and supporting companies with international AI expertise. The goal is to accelerate the adoption of AI and bridge the gap between venture capital, AI development, and application.

The AI GROUP is a growing AI ecosystem that has been promoting AI innovations from Germany and Europe and their application in business for many years. Stemming from AI HAMBURG, founded in 2019, the group supports companies in leveraging the opportunities of AI for a better future.

Under the umbrella of the AI GROUP, AI HAMBURG bundles numerous activities to promote AI applications. The core is AI.HUB, an entrepreneurial innovation platform that supports companies and startups from training and use-case development through implementation to scaling.

The ecosystem is complemented by AI FUND, an early-stage VC fund, and AI.IMPACT, which offers individual AI consulting and project implementation. AI ACADEMY is also part of the ecosystem.

Additionally, the AI GROUP organizes events such as the AI.SUMMIT on 24.11.26 at the CCH, which brings together leading experts and companies, as well as the AI CENTER, which connects innovative AI companies at major industry trade fairs.

Tasks

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Marketing & Communications, you will be an integral part of our marketing team and work closely with our Marketing & Communications Management. Together, you will actively shape the external image of the entire AI GROUP ecosystem. Your short-term focus will be on social media presence around the AI.SUMMIT 2026 – in the long term, you will help build the social media presence of the entire AI GROUP ecosystem. Your main tasks will include:

• Focus AI.SUMMIT 2026: In the short term, in close coordination with Marketing & Communications Management, you will be responsible for the social media presence around the AI.SUMMIT, from announcements to speaker and program highlights, to covering the event.
• Social Media Management: You will independently manage the various social media accounts of the AI GROUP ecosystem, ensuring an active and consistent presence.
• Community Management & Engagement: You will interact with posts and comments, share relevant content (reposts), and keep the exchange with our community alive through likes and reactions.
• Campaigns: You will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns.
• Building Instagram: In the long term, you will help build and continuously maintain the AI GROUP's Instagram presence.
• Format Development: You will develop new content formats for social media and contribute your own creative ideas.
• Email Campaigns (Optional): If needed, you will support the planning and execution of email and newsletter campaigns.
• Of course, you will also support us in the general planning and implementation of our communication measures and help to further develop our community through exciting networking and online events.

Qualifications

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable field – or you are very social media savvy.
• Interest in technological innovations and artificial intelligence.
• Proficient use of common social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram & Co.) and a good sense for trends and target audiences.
• You possess creativity, a good command of language, and can communicate effectively with target audiences.
• Initial experience with content creation or tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar is advantageous.
• Strong team player, initiative, and independent work style, as well as a quick learner.
• Initial experience in community management is advantageous.
• Initial experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Slack, Airtable is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Very good German (C1+) and English language skills.
• You have at least 6 months available and can support the AI HAMBURG team for 20 hours per week.
• You live in Hamburg or the surrounding region.
