Job description
Redwood Partners is one of the leading consulting firms for Distressed M&A in Germany. We support insolvency administrators, entrepreneurs, and investors in the sale of companies in special situations and coordinate numerous M&A transactions annually.
Responsibilities
- Support for ongoing M&A transactions
Creation of company profiles, investor lists, and presentations - Research of potential investors and strategic buyers
- Support with due diligence and data room management
- Contribution to the further development of our AI-powered transaction processes
- General project support in day-to-day business
Qualifications
- Current studies in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in M&A, Private Equity, Restructuring, or Corporate Finance
- Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
- Initiative, reliability, and team spirit
