Job Description

As a Working Student Learning Content & Product (m/f/d), you will support our Learning Team in the creation, quality assurance, and further development of practice-oriented online training in the fields of Data, AI & Engineering.

You will work in a structured, detail-oriented manner with a high demand for quality to transfer learning content technically sound and didactically consistent into our learning platform. You will take on responsibility for clearly defined task packages early on and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our training products.

Focus Areas of Your Role:

• 
  Structured transfer and formatting of learning content into our learning platform
  Didactic and technical quality assurance of new training modules (coding tasks, quizzes, videos)

• Identification and correction of bugs as well as technical and didactic improvement potentials

• Technical translation and localization of content (DE/EN) in the areas of Data, AI, and Engineering

• Independent learning and research for new topic areas to further develop our training offerings

• Participation in the standardization of production processes and templates

What You Bring With You

• Current studies (ideally Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics, or similar)

• High affinity for current AI tools like Claude, Chat GPT, or Gemini

• Basic knowledge of Python and/or SQL as well as analytical thinking skills are desirable

• Affinity for current AI topics and a fundamental understanding/orientation in the field of generative AI

• Strong interest in Data, AI, and digital further education

• Very structured, detail-oriented, and self-responsible way of working

• Ability to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with new topics

• Very good German skills (C2) and very good English skills (min. C1)

• Motivation to take responsibility and actively contribute to product quality
