Work Student KYC Analyst (w/m/d)

Tasks

• Conducting KYC checks for new and existing customers according to GwG requirements
• Identifying and verifying economically authorized persons (UBO analysis)
• Maintaining and updating customer data in our CRM
• Screening against sanction lists and PEP databases
• Supporting the documentation and development of internal compliance processes
• Assisting in the preparation of risk analyses and internal reports

Qualification

• Enrolled student, ideally in law, business administration, economics, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in anti-money laundering prevention, compliance, or the art market
• Meticulous and structured working style – you'll never lose sight of the bigger picture even with complex cases
• Discretion and an understanding for sensitive customer data are self-evident to you
• Good English skills in writing and speaking (our clients are international)
