As a Working Student Customer Service | Evening & Saturday Shifts (m/f/d) at WattFox, you will significantly contribute to our success by working out our customers' projects with them over the phone in such detail that they can then be quickly, free of charge, and without obligation forwarded to suitable specialist companies.

Start as a Working Student (m/f/d) from 16h/week to 20h/week in nationwide home office by October 15, 2026!

• Customer Experience: You are the first point of contact for interested parties who use our comparison portals to inquire about products such as photovoltaic systems, heating systems, or real estate (no sales!).
• Call Management: You will contact our inquirers by phone or take incoming calls.
• Data Entry: Using guides, you will conduct the conversation and document the project details so that they can subsequently be forwarded to the appropriate specialist companies (e.g., solar installation companies).
• CRM and Tool Management: You will use modern tools such as virtual phone systems and our CRM system to manage incoming inquiries.

• Enrollment: You are enrolled at a university or college for at least two more semesters.
• Call Agent Experience: You have initial experience in call centers, customer service, inbound, client support, or customer care.
• Customer Orientation: You convince with a service-oriented demeanor and targeted communication over the phone, as well as enjoyment in dealing with customers.
• Digital Affinity: You are proficient in using the common technical tools of an office environment and have a general digital affinity that allows you to quickly learn new things.
• German Language Skills: You master the German language in speaking and writing at C1 level.
