As a Working Student Customer Service | Evening & Saturday Shifts (m/f/d) at WattFox, you will significantly contribute to our success by working out our customers' projects with them over the phone in such detail that they can subsequently be forwarded quickly, free of charge, and without obligation to suitable specialist companies.

Get started as a Working Student (m/f/d) from 16h/week to 20h/week in Germany-wide Home Office starting October 1, 2026!

• Customer Experience: You are the first point of contact for interested parties who get in touch with products such as photovoltaic systems, heating systems, or real estate through our offer comparison portals (no sales!).
• Call Management: You will contact our inquirers by phone or receive incoming calls.
• Data Capture: Using guidelines, you will lead through the conversation and document project details so that they can subsequently be forwarded to the appropriate specialist companies (e.g., solar installation companies).
• CRM and Tool Management: You will use modern tools such as virtual phone systems and our CRM system to manage incoming inquiries.

• Enrollment: You are enrolled at a university or college for at least two more semesters.
• Call Agent Experience: You have initial experience in areas such as call centers, customer service, inbound, client support, or customer care.
• Customer Orientation: You convince with a service-oriented demeanor and goal-oriented communication over the phone, as well as enjoyment in dealing with customers.
• Digital Affinity: You are proficient in using standard technical tools in an office environment and possess general digital affinity, enabling you to quickly learn new things.
• German Language Skills: You master the German language in spoken and written form at level C1.
