As a Working Student Customer Service | Evening Shift & Saturday Service (m/f/d) at WattFox, you significantly contribute to our success by developing our clients' projects with them over the phone in such detail that they can then be quickly, free of charge, and without obligation forwarded to suitable specialist companies.

Start as a Working Student (m/f/d) from 16h/week up to 20h/week in our Headquarter in Freiburg from October 1st, 2026!

• Customer Experience: You are the first point of contact for interested parties who get in touch with us via our comparison portals regarding products such as photovoltaic systems, heating systems, or real estate (no sales!).
• Call Management: You contact our enquirers by phone or take incoming calls.
• Data Entry: Using guides, you conduct the conversation and document the project details so they can subsequently be forwarded to suitable specialist companies (e.g., solar installation companies).
• CRM and Tool Management: You use modern tools such as virtual phone systems and our CRM system to manage incoming inquiries.

• Matriculation: You are enrolled at a university or college for at least two more semesters.
• Call Agent Experience: You have initial experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Inbound, Client Support, or Customer Care.
• Customer Orientation: You convince with a service-oriented demeanor and targeted communication over the phone, as well as enjoyment in dealing with customers.
• Digital Affinity: You are proficient in using common technical tools in an office environment and have a general digital affinity, which allows you to quickly learn new things.
• German Language Skills: You master the German language in speaking and writing at C1 level.
