For this, we are looking for student support for our customer service team: individuals who like to think proactively, take responsibility, and gain practical experience alongside their studies.

Your Tasks

• You will support our customers by phone and in writing – friendly, patient, and solution-oriented.

• You will assist with questions regarding our emergency call systems and help with their setup and use.

• You will independently handle customer concerns, find suitable solutions, and document them in our digital systems.

• You will contribute your experiences, ideas, and suggestions for improvement, actively shaping our customer service.

What You Bring

• You are currently enrolled at a university or college – your field of study is less important to us than your motivation.

• You enjoy communicating with people and have a good sense for their needs.

• You are proficient in using computers and digital applications and are eager to learn new programs.

• You work in a structured, self-directed manner and maintain an overview even with diverse tasks.

• You are a team player, think ahead, and enjoy finding solutions together.

• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as our customer communication takes place exclusively in German.

• Initial experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement. Career changers are also very welcome!
