Working Student Customer Advisor Customer Retention (m/f/d)

You will work on-site in Düsseldorf and become part of the Avedo team. You are also welcome in our call center without prior experience!

Your Tasks

• telephone consultation of existing customers with the intention to cancel

• win back customers with the intention to cancel

• contact person for questions regarding contract extension and tariff optimization

• individual advice on suitable products

• contribute to customer loyalty and customer satisfaction

• carefully prepare customer conversations

Your Profile

• current enrollment at a college or university

• availability of at least 15 hours per week alongside your studies

• very good German in spoken and written language

• enjoyment of talking on the phone and individual customer service

• interest in sales and customer retention

• confident use of a PC and common applications such as MS Office

• independent and conscientious work style

• initial call center experience is an advantage, but not a requirement
