Working Student Customer Advisor Customer Retention (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Telephone consultation of existing customers with the intention to cancel

• Win back customers who intend to cancel

• Contact person for questions regarding contract extensions and tariff optimization

• Individual advice on suitable products

• Contribute to customer loyalty and customer satisfaction

• Carefully prepare customer conversations

Your Profile

• Current enrollment at a college or university

• Availability of at least 15 hours per week alongside your studies

• Very good German in spoken and written form

• Enjoyment of talking on the phone and individual customer advice

• Interest in sales and customer retention

• Confident use of PC and common applications such as MS Office

• Independent and conscientious way of working

• Initial call center experience is an advantage, but not a must
